Terms & Conditions:

• 25% Provision Fee Discount (minimum loan amount ≤ IDR 2 billion)
• 50% Provision Fee Discount (minimum loan amount > IDR 2 billion)
• Applicable to all interest rate types (both promotional and regular schemes).
• The above benefits cannot be combined with similar benefits from special interest rate programs or other mortgage (KPR) programs.
• All other terms and conditions are subject to the general mortgage (KPR) provisions.
• Application submission period is valid until December 31, 2026.
• For offline applications (via BCA branches), the application must include the code “BPE.”
