*Effective 1 January 2026, BCA Everyday Card & BCA Card Platinum Credit Card cannot not be used for transactions in Singapore. You will still be able to transact with BCA Everyday Card & BCA Card Platinum Credit Card in domestic merchants using BCA EDC.

Now you can convert transactions into installments on myBCA! Follow these easy steps:

Login to myBCA
Select My Account in the bottom right corner then select Credit
Select See Info
Click Convert to Installment on the transaction you want to change to installment
Select Installment Period, click Continue
Check the details, check the statement and click Continue
Enter PIN
Application to change BCA Credit Card transaction to installment has been successfully submitted
Please ensure your myBCA app has been updated to the minimum of version 1.20

To convert transactions into installments on BCA mobile, check these following steps:

Type in the BCA mobile access code, choose the m-Info menu and choose Transaksi dan Tagihan
Insert the PIN then choose Credit Card to see a list of transactions and invoices
On the BCA mobile screen, you will see all of your BCA Credit Card transactions
Check transactions with a minimum amount of Rp500.000 that you can choose to change into installments
Choose transactions you want to change into installments, then choose Ubah ke Cicilan
Choose the Cicilan period
Recheck the installment details you requested. If all is already good, click the agreement tick box to confirm the installment and choose “Ubah ke Cicilan”
Insert the m-BCA PIN once more, and your request of change into installment is submitted

To convert transactions into installments on SMS and Halo BCA, check these following steps:

SMS: type ‘Cicilan’ to 89888
Call Halo BCA 1500888 or via call feature on haloBCA mobile application
Call Halo BCA Prioritas on 1500222 for Kartu BCA American Express Platinum

General Conditions:

Not valid for website/e-commerce transaction
Transactions that can be changed are transactions conducted overseas in the period up to 31 January 2026
