- Each transaction can only use 1 promo tier according to the minimum transaction fulfilled.
- Minimum transaction is calculated based on food and beverage subtotal before discount, excluding delivery fees and service charges.
- Promo quota applies to each merchant and platform, in accordance with applicable terms.
- Delivery fees and service charges remain to be borne by the customer according to applicable rates.
- Promo cannot be cashed, transferred, or combined with other UFood promos, unless otherwise specified by UFood.
- This promo only applies to successful transactions and does not apply to cancelled, failed, or refunded transactions.
- Transactions indicated to abuse the promo, or that do not meet the requirements, are entitled to be cancelled.
