All decisions made by Royal Plaza Management are final and cannot be contested
Valid minimum purchase of IDR50,000 at any tenant at Royal Plaza, customers are eligible to participate in the “Shop & Win a Car” program by submitting their purchase receipt at the Royal Plaza Information Counter on the Ground Floor on the same day
Each transaction is entitled to raffle coupons, subject to the following terms:
Payments made using QRIS via myBCA/BCA mobile, BCA Debit Card, and BCA Credit Card via BCA EDC will receive 3 raffle coupons
Payments made using non-BCA products via BCA EDC will receive 2 raffle coupons
Raffle coupons are applicable for multiple transactions, with a maximum eligible transaction amount of IDR2 million per day per customer
Participants of the “Shop & Win a Car” program have the opportunity to win the following prizes:

Purchase receipts eligible for redemption must be official receipts issued by a cash register. Manual receipts, such as handwritten notes or bills, must bear the store's official stamp and must not contain any corrections or alterations
The program does not apply to banking transactions, bill payments, fitness membership fee payments, transactions at exhibitions, or temporary tenants
Redeemed purchase receipts will be retained by the Information Counter staff and will become the property of Royal Plaza
If required, customers must present the purchased goods as proof of purchase. The Information Counter staff reserves the right to reject receipt redemption if the customer is unable to provide proof of the purchased goods
The Information Counter staff reserves the right to reject receipt redemption if the receipt or transaction is deemed not to meet the applicable terms and conditions.
The “Shop & Win a Car” program will close on May 31, 2027, at 10:00 PM WIB. The deadline for submitting raffle coupons is June 5, 2027, at 10:00 PM WIB
The “Shop & Win a Car” raffle draw will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2027, at 3:00 PM WIB at the Royal Plaza Atrium. The draw will be conducted in the presence of a notary and witnessed by representatives from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), Social Affairs Agency (Dinsos), the police, and other witnesses
All customers or raffle participants are required to be present at the time of the draw. If a selected winner is absent, another draw will be conducted to determine the next winner, and so on
Each customer or raffle participant is entitled to win only one prize, namely the first prize won during the draw. However, participants remain eligible for the opportunity to win the Grand Prize
Winners will be contacted by telephone at 031-8270866 by a representative of Royal Plaza Management for prize claim administration and verification
If a winner receives a call from anyone claiming to represent Royal Plaza using a number other than 031-8270866, the winner may verify the call by contacting the number above or visiting the Royal Plaza Management Office at Royal Plaza Building, R1 Floor, Jl. A. Yani No. 16–18, Surabaya
Royal Plaza reserves the right to invalidate a winner's entitlement if, during the verification process, the winner is found not to meet the terms and conditions of this raffle program
Any taxes applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the winner
Prizes cannot be transferred to another party and cannot be exchanged for cash
Winners must bring the Winner Confirmation Letter and a photocopy of their ID card (KTP), driver's license (SIM), or passport, as well as the original KTP/SIM/passport, when claiming their prize
If the winner is unable to claim the prize in person, Royal Plaza Management reserves the right to require an authorization letter/designation letter from the winner appointing a representative to claim the prize on their behalf. Royal Plaza reserves the right to refuse delivery of the prize to any representative whose identity or authorization cannot be verified
If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days from the date of announcement, the winner's entitlement will be forfeited, and the prize will be donated to a social foundation selected by Royal Plaza
This program is not open to tenants, store owners, store employees, exhibition participants, sponsors, or Royal Plaza employees and management
By participating in this promotional program, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions
Any changes, adjustments, and/or disputes arising from this promotional program shall be determined by Royal Plaza Management
