Terms & Conditions:

• MAMA Awards Raffle is valid for transaction payment with BCA Visa Singapore Airlines / Visa Black / Visa Batman at BCA Singapore Airlines Travel Fair event.
• Every transaction of IDR10,000,000 can be changed with 1 coupon (valid for multiple transaction)
• Credit Cardholder have to register (cannot be represented) on the same date with transaction date at Registration Booth which located in Main Atrium PIK Avenue
• Credit Cardholder have to show:
  • Transaction receipt of Astrindo Travel Fair
  • BCA Visa Credit Card which is used for payment, with the same name as identity card
  • Identity card (KTP/SIM/Passport)
• 5 winner with companion of 1 person will received travel package including Singapore Airlines airlines ticket (returned), accommodation during the trip & ticket to attent 2026 MAMA Awards which will be held on November 19-22, 2026 Kyocera Dome Osaka, Japan (excluding processing/application for a Japanese visa)
• Winner with the companion have to had passport with minimum expiry of 6 months from travelling date
• Drawing of Raffle will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2025, 2.00 PM at Main Satage Astindo Travel Fair, PIK Avenue
• Participant is not required to attend due to capacity of venue
• Winners will be contacted via Astindo's official email (info@astindo.org) and the list of winners will also be posted on Astindo's official website (https://astindo.org / astindofair.com)
• Winner will be contacted by appointed travel agent for document & travelling management
• Each person can only win the prize once.
• If the Winner is unable to accept the prize for valid reasons such as sudden illness, bereavement, or an emergency, the Winner may transfer the prize to a family member by providing a Power of Attorney and valid supporting documents to prove the family relationship between the Winner and the recipient of the prize.
• Each Winner is entitled to only 1 (one) prize, even if the Winner holds more than 1 (one) raffle ticket. If the name or ticket number of a Winner who has already won a prize is selected again in a subsequent prize drawing, the results of that drawing will be deemed invalid and canceled, and a new drawing will be conducted to select another Winner.
