- A maximum of 3 receipts can be combined for 1 cashback redemption, as long as they use the same payment method and customer identity.
- To receive cashback, customers must show the BCA EDC receipt and the BCA Credit Card / QRIS transaction proof in the myBCA app used for the transaction on the same day.
- The amount shown on the shopping receipt and the BCA EDC receipt must match.
- Multiple transactions or split bills are not allowed.
- Cashback can be redeemed maximum 1 time per card or per myBCA account per day.
- Cashback for transactions using myBCA QRIS will be transferred to the source account within a maximum of 14 days after the event ends.
- Cashback for transactions using a BCA Credit Card will be processed within a maximum of 2 months after the event ends, and will be provided as credit balance on the Cardholder’s monthly billing statement.
- Cashback amount received by the Customer is the amount after deduction of all withholdings (if applicable) in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
- The Customer shall be fully responsible for all tax obligations in connection with the Cashback Promo received in accordance with prevailing tax regulations. BCA is not responsible for the Customer’s tax obligations.
