• Valid lucky draw coupons are official coupons printed specifically for this program
• Valid shopping receipts are those printed via the cashier/cash register machine or digital receipts (if physical receipts are unavailable)
• Tenant receipts and BCA EDC receipts can be exchanged for lucky draw coupons on the same transaction date at the Information Centre located on the Ground Floor (GF), Ciputra World Mall Surabaya
• Valid for payments made using QRIS via myBCA/BCA mobile/Sakuku, including NFC Pay & Paylater in myBCA, and BCA Credit Cards via BCA EDC
• Program is not valid for transactions at money changers and ATMs, voucher purchases, credit/top-up, gacha coins, or similar transactions
• Deadline for lucky draw coupon submission is 8 February 2026 at 12:00 PM (WIB)
• Lucky draw will be conducted on 8 February 2026 at 3:00 PM (WIB) on the last day of BCA EXPO 2026
• Prize tax shall be borne by the winner
• Program is not valid for tenant employees

Get Shopping Voucher IDR50,000

• Minimum transaction of IDR1,000,000 at all tenants of Ciputra World Mall Surabaya
• Maximum combination of 2 receipts on the same day
• Voucher redemption is limited to once per customer per day
• Valid for the first 30 transactions per day (Monday–Friday) and 50 transactions per day (Saturday–Sunday and national holidays)
• Not valid for multiple transactions
• Program is valid for MyCWS members only
• Valid shopping receipts are those printed via the cashier/cash register machine or digital receipts (if physical receipts are unavailable)
• Tenant receipts and BCA EDC receipts can be exchanged for vouchers on the same transaction date at the Information Centre located on the Ground Floor (GF), Ciputra World Mall Surabaya
