Cashback Program Mechanism:

Program period 14-16 November 2025
Applies to myBCA users who wear a cashback bracelet and have the tiket.com app with a verified email and phone number.
The cashback bracelet will be given by the officer when the customer has made a reservation and will make a payment at the tiket.com booth according to the available quota.
The name listed on myBCA must match the identity of the customer wearing the cashback bracelet (as per their ID and cannot be represented by another person)
Payment transactions must be made by the myBCA account owner (cannot be represented) & cannot be transferred
Cashback is valid for transactions on the same date as stated on the cashback bracelet
After completing the payment transaction, customers can register for cashback at the BCA booth in the Main Atrium by showing:
- Cashback bracelet worn in good condition
- The myBCA app with the same name as the customer wearing the cashback bracelet
- Other physical identification (ID card/driver's license/passport)
Cashback will be credited to the customer's registered account no later than 7 working days after the transaction date
Cashback for BCA Paylater transactions will be credited to the Paylater billing statement a maximum of 2 months after the transaction date
A maximum of 2 transaction receipts can be combined
A maximum of 1 bracelet/customer/day can be exchanged for a maximum of 1x cashback
The cashback queue will start at 10:00 a.m. WIB

Auction Starts at IDR 100,000

Customers must register before the auction session at the myBCA Plaza booth in Grand Indonesia, Main Atrium, East Mall, 1st floor
Customers participating in the auction must show proof of myBCA account ownership and valid ID (no proxies allowed)
Each auction participant can participate in all auctions on that day, but can only win one type of auction item per day.
Customers are allowed to make split payments using other BCA payment products if it exceeds the maximum daily QRIS transaction limit of IDR25 million per day (maximum IDR10 million per transaction)
Auction participants are limited to a maximum of the first 100 registrants per day
The auction schedule is as follows:
- Friday, November 14, 2025: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (registration opens at 4:00 p.m.)
- Saturday, November 15, 2025: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (registration opens at 3:30 p.m.)
