Cashback Program Mechanism:

• Program period 14-16 November 2025
• Applies to myBCA users who wear a cashback bracelet and have the tiket.com app with a verified email and phone number.
• The cashback bracelet will be given by the officer when the customer has made a reservation and will make a payment at the tiket.com booth according to the available quota.
• The name listed on myBCA must match the identity of the customer wearing the cashback bracelet (as per their ID and cannot be represented by another person)
• Payment transactions must be made by the myBCA account owner (cannot be represented) & cannot be transferred
• Cashback is valid for transactions on the same date as stated on the cashback bracelet
• After completing the payment transaction, customers can register for cashback at the BCA booth in the Main Atrium by showing:
  • Cashback bracelet worn in good condition
  • The myBCA app with the same name as the customer wearing the cashback bracelet
  • Other physical identification (ID card/driver's license/passport)
• Cashback will be credited to the customer's registered account no later than 7 working days after the transaction date
• Cashback for BCA Paylater transactions will be credited to the Paylater billing statement a maximum of 2 months after the transaction date
• A maximum of 2 transaction receipts can be combined
• A maximum of 1 bracelet/customer/day can be exchanged for a maximum of 1x cashback
• The cashback queue will start at 10:00 a.m. WIB
