Terms & Conditions :

For transactions with QRIS via myBCA at Mal Ciputra Jakarta starting from 1 May – 26 November 2025, will get double lucky draw points.
Customers need to exchange shopping receipts according to the valid minimum transaction and show the CL Club application, to the officer at Customer Service East & North within the same day as the transaction date, within the hours of 10.00 – 22.00 (Western Indonesian Time).
The lucky draw will be held on Monday, 1 December 2025 at 19.00 Western Indonesian Time at the Mal Ciputra Jakarta Center Court, for these prize:
- 1 (one) BYD M6 Car (Off The Road)
- 1 (one) Scoopy Bike (Off The Road)
- 1 (one) iPhone 16
- 5 (five) Fine Gold @3 gram

32^nd Shopping SurPrize Terms & Conditions

For every purchase of IDR100,000 or IDR500,000 at participating stores (gadgets, mobile phones, musical instruments, electronics, etc.) and its multiples (combined shopping receipts are accepted) at all Mal Ciputra Jakarta outlets participating in the 32nd Shopping SurPrize Lucky Draw Program, excluding certain stores and item purchases as above, customers can redeem 1 (one) Lucky Draw Point. The shopping receipt must be shown and submitted to the officer at the East and North Upper Ground Customer Service. The CL Club application must be shown to the officer for every lucky draw point exchange transaction. Starting 1 May 2025, specifically for transactions using QRIS on myBCA, customers will receive DOUBLE LUCKY DRAW POINTS.
The exchange of shopping receipts for Lucky Draw Points must be done on the same day as the purchase date, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Western Indonesian Time) at the East and North Upper Ground Customer Service.
Shopping receipts and invoices that do not use a cash register must include the Name and Stamp of the relevant Store. If there are corrections/changes to the date and purchase value, the Shopping Receipt/Invoice will be considered invalid and cannot be exchanged for a Lucky Draw Number. Specifically for every purchase of Electronic Equipment/Gadgets, a copy of the Shopping Receipt must be included when exchanging for a Lucky Draw Number.
This Lucky Draw Program does not apply to: (i) All shopping transactions from Exhibition Counters, (ii) Banks located in Mal Ciputra Jakarta, (iii) Bank transactions (including all purchase transactions), (iv) Any payments made through banks and ATMs, (v) Money Changers (Foreign Currency Exchange and/or Purchase Transactions), (vi) Purchases of Starter Packs and Reload Vouchers for any telephone operator, (vii) Jewelry Stores (purchases of gold and diamonds, as well as any type of precious metal sold at these Jewelry Stores), purchases of milk products under 1 year old, cigarettes, medical devices, medicines, and alcoholic beverages.
For shopping transactions in the Bazaar/Center Court Area, Lower Ground Floor, and Upper Ground Floor of Mal Ciputra Jakarta, only Shopping Receipts with a Special Mark are valid, with a system and terms and conditions applicable at the time the bazaar/exhibition is held.
This program is closed to all shop owners, tenants, shop employees, and Mal Ciputra Jakarta employees, as well as all their families.
To avoid misuse of the CL Club and Shopping Receipts, Customer Service officers have the right to ask Shoppers/Customers (potential lucky draw participants) to show the purchased items corresponding to the Shopping Receipt. Customer Service officers have the right to refuse any Shopping Receipt whose truthfulness and validity cannot be proven, and any rejected Shopping Receipt cannot be exchanged for Lucky Draw Points.
The 32nd Shopping SurPrize lucky draw program period is: 26 February to 26 November, 2025 (Lucky draw: Monday, 1 December 2025, at 7:00 PM Western Indonesian Time, at the Center Court of Mal Ciputra Jakarta).
Prizes to be drawn:

5 (five) Precious Metals @ 3 grams each

Potential winners must be present during the draw. If declared a valid winner, they must bring a valid identity card (National Identity Card or Driver’s License) and the potential winner's CL Club card with matching data.
In the lucky draw, one participant (potential winner) is only entitled to 1 (one) prize opportunity. If a participant's name appears more than 1 (one) time, the valid prize entitled to the participant is the first prize mentioned.
For each type of prize, if the called winner is not present after being called 5 times, the committee has the right to determine the winner to be the participant in the 1st draw sequence if the winners of the 1st and 5th sequences are not present during the draw (call by the MC), and when claiming the prize, the winner must still show an identity card (National Identity Card or Driver’s License) and CL Club card in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the 32nd Shopping SurPrize Lucky Draw Program.
Each potential winner will be called for 90 seconds, calculated from the moment the winner's name and identity appear and are read by the MC (Master of Ceremony) on stage. The valid calculation of the potential winner's call is based on the information displayed on the lucky draw time screen (timer). Potential winners will be disqualified if they are not present on stage according to the MC's count.
Prize collection cannot be represented without a 'power of attorney', and the deadline for prize collection is 30 days from the date of the draw and after the winner pays the prize tax.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or cashed out. The selection of Brand, Color, Carat, Shape, Size, Type, and Year of the prize is the absolute authority of the Management of Mal Ciputra Jakarta.
All Lucky Draw Prize Taxes of 25% are borne by the lucky draw winner.
If any fraud or irregularities are found to have been committed by visitors (lucky draw participants) in this 32nd Shopping SurPrize program, the Management of Mal Ciputra Jakarta will unilaterally cancel their participation/win.
The decision of the Management of Mal Ciputra Jakarta is final and absolute, and cannot be contested. The Management of Mal Ciputra Jakarta has the right to cancel a participant's win if the winner does not meet the requirements.
The Management of Mal Ciputra has the right to change and/or add to the terms and conditions of the 32nd Shopping SurPrize at any time without prior notice.
Customers who are willing to participate in this 32nd Shopping SurPrize lucky draw program are deemed to have agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
