  1. Scratch the barcode protector on the back of the voucher
  2. Bring the voucher to a merchant that accepts vouchers
  3. Scan the voucher at the cashier
• Online
  1. Scratch the barcode protector on the back of the voucher
  2. Scan the QR on the voucher using the Ultravoucher application
  3. Wait for the balance to come in and buy the voucher you want to buy
  4. Exchange/redeem the voucher with the merchant
