General Requirements :

• Complimentary deposit fees, complimentary delivery and return fees (especially for WiFi Modems);
• Minimum order 2 (two) days before use (Internet activation);
• Minimum use of all products listed above is 3 (three) days;
• Especially for WiFi Modems, returning the WiFi Modem unit is no later than 2 (two) days after use (Internet deactivation);
• Delays in returning the WiFi Modem will incur a fee of Rp. 50,000,- per device unit per day
• Returning WiFi modem devices can be done at: JavaMifi offices, delivery/pick up services by couriers, and at Indomaret throughout Indonesia;
