Cashback

Terms & Condition :

• Cashback wristband redemption mechanism:

• Cardholders get cashback wristband by presenting their ID (ID card/driver's license/passport) and BCA credit card
• Redemption and queuing must be done in person and cannot be delegated (The name on ID and credit card must match)
• Each cardholder is entitled to only one cashback wristband per day
• Cashback wristbands are non-transferable and valid only on the same day of redemption

• Transactions and cashback wristband redemptions must be made on the same day, within the event’s operational hours (10:00 – 22:00 WIB)
• Cashback wristbands can be exchanged for cashback at the BCA booth (located in both the mall and event areas) by presenting:
• The cashback wristband (in good condition, undamaged, and unbroken)
• Proof of transaction, including the BCA EDC receipt, invoice, and issued ticket
• The BCA Credit Card used for the transaction (the name on the card must match the name on the cardholder’s identification)
• Cashback is valid only for ticket purchases made at the BCA Singapore Airlines Travel Fair – Main Atrium Mall Centre Point Medan (not valid for tour packages or other purchases)
• Limited to one cashback per day per customer name (maximum of 2 cashbacks during the event period)
• Cashback applies exclusively to Singapore Airlines ticket purchases (excluding tour packages or other products)
• Cannot be combined with BCA Reward redemption
• Cardholder is not required to be the traveler, but the transaction must be made by the cardholder and cannot be delegated
• Cashback will be processed within a maximum of 2 months after the event ends and will be credited to the cardholder’s monthly billing statement
