General Terms and Conditions:
- No deposit, delivery, or return fees (specifically for WiFi Modems);
- Minimum order 2 (two) days prior to use (Internet activation);
- Minimum usage period for all products listed above is 3 (three) days;
- For WiFi Modems specifically, the return of the WiFi Modem unit must be made no later than 2 (two) days after usage (Internet deactivation);
- Late returns of WiFi Modems will incur a fee of IDR 50,000 per unit per day;
- WiFi Modem devices can be returned at: JavaMifi Office, delivery service/pick up by courier, and at Indomaret stores throughout Indonesia;
- Payment must be made using a BCA Credit Card.
