Terms & Conditions Cashback

Cashback will be credited to the customer’s billing statement or Paylater BCA’s account within a maximum of 2 months after the event ends
Cashback redemption applies only to transactions made on the same day and date
Cashback redemption can only be done by the customer in person by presenting a physical ID card [KTP] (cannot be represented)
Cashback applies only to transactions/purchases of travel products (made at travel agencies) located at the event venue (Palembang Indah Mall)
Registration and cashback redemption must be done at the BCA cashback redemption booth located at the event venue (Palembang Indah Mall)
Transactions using the split bill method for a single invoice or payment statement are not permitted
The cashback amount provided is the total after deducting all applicable deductions (if any) in accordance with applicable tax regulations
Customers are fully responsible for all tax obligations related to the cashback received in accordance with applicable tax regulations. BCA is not liable
